The small-town Texas native has worked on over thirty short films and, most recently, edited the feature film Night Fliers. The multi award-winning artist began her career at Killer Films and later worked with directors Betty Thomas, Douglas McGrath, Lucy Walker, and most recently Sara St. Martin-Lynne.
In 2004, Charlton-Trujillo won the prestigious Delacorte Dell Yearling Award for her first novel Prizefighter En Mi Casa. Prizefighter has also won the Parents' Choice Silver Honor and been named a National Council for the Social Studies Notable Book and featured on the NYC Public Library Teenage List.
Her second novel, Feels Like Home, received critical praise and earned her yet another NYC Public Library Teenage List Award. Charlton-Trujillo's third novel has been optioned by Last Look Films as a feature that she is slated to co-write and direct. Currently, Charlton-Trujillo is prepping to direct Rhonda Pettit's The Global Lovers at the 2010 Cincinnati Fringe Festival. Rebekah is an actor, writer and producer based in Los Angeles, CA. She recently collaborated with e.E. Charlton-Trujillo on the award-winning short, Vanessa Rising, which she wrote, produced and starred in. Recent credits include XPC, a pilot for Spike TV, Busy Being Fabulous by the Eagles, and the title role in the Las Vegas tour of Romeo and Juliet. Rebekah holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami.
Rick Pearson (Director of Photography & Website Creator)
Rick's work behind the camera actually began in front of it. Rick is an accomplished actor and performer in his own right and attended the famous performance arts school of Sanford Meisner (The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York) on scholarship. It was while Rick was studying performance in NYC that he began to notice all of the work being done behind the camera on various student films ...Rick's interest in cinematography began here. He got his hands on a camera and began rolling film and video tape on everything he could point his lens at.
For the last several years Rick Pearson has worked as a freelance commercial and corporate Director of Photography and has worked on a variety of projects for his regional, national, and international client list. S.E. Miller (Assistant Director)
S.E. is an English teacher at Finneytown High School. A poet and fiction writer, S.E. has worked with the Ohio Writing Project and Women Writing for (a) Change. She previously worked with Charlton-Trujillo and Pearson on the festival favorite Living Under Linda’s Desk.
Abigail Wells (Costumer/Set Design)
Abigail is currently a high school student in Cincinnati, OH. On Fallen, she performed a variety of roles, such as assisting with set design and props. This is her second experience with film. She served as Costumer on Living Under Linda's Desk.
Nick Brethauer (Sound Designer)
Nick earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He also spent a year studying audio, recording and mixing at Columbia College Chicago. He has worked on many shorts and several independent films in the Midwest as both an audio recordist and sound designer.

Rob Gokee (Composer)
Rob studied under seasoned composer Chris Young (Spiderman III, The Grudge, Ghost Rider), where he sharpened his orchestration, mixing, and marketing skills. As an intern for another rising LA composer, Rob assisted with organization, appointment setting, marketing and spotting films. Rob has had formal training in classical guitar, and has been playing electric and acoustic guitar for over a decade. He is also proficient in piano, and uses these capabilities in his scoring process.
In 2007, he scored “3 Down,” which was screened at both the Phoenix Film Festival and the Women’s International Film Festival in Miami. Rob’s score for the period film “Until Next Time” won him a Silver Medal of Excellence at the 2008 Park City Music festival, as well as a Best in the Fest award at the 2007 IndieFest Festival in Anaheim, CA. Rob also scored the documentary “Railfans: Chasing Trains,” which is being shopped around at the 2008 Cannes Festival in France.
In 2008, Rob put the finishing touches on his scores for the horror feature “Eyes of the Woods,” comedy “Outrighteous,”and his largest production to date, the Lifeline Entertainment thriller “Amhurst” with director Rocky Costanzo. Amhurst premiered in March to a a packed house in Huntington Beach, CA, and Rob is currently working on remixing cues for a soundtrack release. Rob’s latest project is “Broken Hearts Club” with writer/director Angelo Bell and 319 Productions. The score will include live instruments combined with Rob’s custom virtual orchestra. Dave is a production and post-production freelancer who has worked with an array of popular talent including up-and-coming director Christopher Luccy and musician Chris Cornell. Abigail Dennis (Key Grip)
Abigail is a senior Theatre and Writing double major at Anderson University in Indiana. She has been involved in theatrical technical work for seven years; her most recent work (besides Fallen) includes manning the follow spot for Seussical: The Musical and designing the lighting for Section 8: Home by Another Name, both 2008-2009 school productions. During the past two years and into this year, she has also worked as Lighting Manager for the school public venue, Reardon Auditorium.
Anouck Van Troy Struyf (Graphic Designer)
Anouck is a Belgium-based graphic designer. Anouck received her Masters in Graphic/Packaging Design from MDA Genk where she garnered the Belgian “Pro Carton” Student Award in 2002. She has worked with such elite companies as the multi-national construction company (GROHE) as lead Graphic Designer. Currently, she works with a nonprofit organization that develops, produces and distributes informative games.
